Current bids

This auction will be governed by the following terms and conditions: 

* The stallion services being offered are for the 2010 breeding season

* The minimum bid shall be $200 USD, subsequent bids shall be made in $50 USD increments

* Bidding opens on 1/16/10 and ends on 3/1/2010

* Bids are binding offers and cannot be withdrawn

* There is no live foal guarantee with this auction

* The winner shall be the holder of the highest bid at the end of the auction

* Winners must pay for services within ten days of notification of winning. Payment not received as noted will forfeit the bid and the next highest bidder shall be the winner

* A breeding contract must be signed with the stallion owner

* Should the stallion die or become unfit for service prior to breeding the mare, the stallion owner will contact A.A.M.H.C. and notify the bidder and money paid for the stud service will be refunded

* Inability to impregnate the mare is not a reason for refunding of money

* The mare owner shall assume all responsibility for the condition of the mare and provide a certificate of health

* The buyer agrees that his/her mare must meet the stallion owners approval and that his/her mare will conform to all health requirements of the stallion owner

* For complete and detailed information on any ancillary cost associated with breeding to each stallion, call the phone number listed next to each stallions name before you place your bid

* Please note that any such fees associated with the purchase of any donated breeding are the responsibility of the mare owner

* The bidder agrees and acknowledges that he/she fully realizes that there is a possible danger of injury or death involved in the breeding of horses and specifically releases A.A.M.H.C. and the stallion owner from all liability

* Bidders specifically acknowledge that the All American Miniature Horse Club makes no warranties either expressed, implied or by other means of interpretation in connection with this agreement. IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD BY THE BUYER THAT A.A.M.H.C. IS ACTING AS NOTHING MORE THAN SELLING AGENT OF THE STALLION OWNER, AND THE STALLION OWNER HAS AGREED TO CONTRIBUTE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE STALLION SERVICE FEE TO THE ACTIVITIES OF A.A.M.H.C.

* By submitting a bid the bidder acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understands the term and conditions of this auction
